Test drove our first BMW and had a pleasant experience. We had to stand around for a bit when we first arrived before anyone came up to us to see if we needed help but from there, it was pretty smooth. Our associate took down our license and insurance details, got the keys for the model we wanted to drive, showed us the ropes on how to work the car, and then we were on our way. The ride was smooth but I could tell that BMW is trying to figure out what demographic they want to target - the car was a combo of new tech and analog components, like they were split between catering to the traditional aspects of making a car that actually drives like a car (unlike some more futuristic models out on the market today) versus wanting to keep up with the competition of being more high tech and digital.

Our associate luckily was not a pushy care sales guy, which I hate. He understood we were still in the exploratory phase and not committed to anything and didn't give us any pressure to make a sale. He also gave us some helpful information on the different pricing options between a purchase and a lease so we could have different options to consider. If you're in the market for a BMW, I would recommend Peter Pan BMW.

DO NOT LEASE a vehicle from here! I just had my lease return inspection today and Peter Pan quoted me $3,100 in damages that need to be paid out of pocket for a small dent, worn out tire, scrapes under the vehicle, etc. The specialist who conducted the inspection told me verbatim: "we expect for you to return the vehicle in the same condition that you took it in." How does that make any sense? I have driven the vehicle for 3 years and 33K miles (despite having paid for 36K miles). Some level of wear and tear is expected, right? Not according to Peter Pan. They told me that all of the charges would be waived had I purchased a 'lease protection plan', which makes me feel like I am being punished for not paying for that service. It feels fraudulent. I will never lease or purchase a vehicle from Peter Pan again.

At this point, it would be cheaper for me to just purchase the vehicle from them and sell it on my own as a private seller.

Also, the inspector was quite unprofessional and started to call me 'bro' several times when we were disagreeing on his assessment. A manager was on site and witnessed everything. He did not try to intervene or help the situation. A truly unprofessional experience.

I just recently bought my 2024 BMW i5 here at Peter Pan BMW.
Here is my review:
*Christian Lee, my salesperson, was wonderful and had good knowledge of the BMW's, especially EV's. I was comparing the i4 and i5. I ended up getting the i5 because it drove much better. He was never pushy.
*Cindy Lee, the manager, was very easy to deal with and no pressure.
*Shak, the finance guy, handled the paperwork with ease. Explained everything. Ended up getting Lease End Protection.
*James Nguyen, the Lease End Inspector, took care of my previous lease and cleared all the info off my car.

It's a simple transaction. I showed up with my old car. They took it in. I needed a new one. Got treated with respect, without being pushy. I drove off in a new i5 (my first EV) happy. Can't get more simpler than that!

I recently leased my first BMW 3 Series from Peter Pan BMW, and the experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks largely to Eugene Masalitin.
