SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! This website tricked me into a one time payment of $138NZ when I only agreed to a one time payment of $34. Looking back over the sign up process there is no paper trail about the amount I signed up to :( And despite what they say there is NO WAY to cancel the membership without jumping through a million hoops and waiting for however knows how long. DO NOT SIGN UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Hi, When you click the Premium Membership deal you want it states the price and it's confirmed in an email after you've paid too. You can actually cancel quite easily or if you're struggling to understand how to cancel for some reason, you can email the customer service team. be2 scam

My mom keeps receiving these scam e-mails. She has never subcsribed anywhere. These social loser's keep trying to contact here.
It would be wrong to be friendly or even polite to one of their employees. You have to be as unfriendly to them as the law allows.

Do not join be2
Absolutely nearly impossible to delete it.
To cancel subscription you have to jump through hoops, its easier to cancel the credit card.
Scammers who just want your cash, do not join up with this company. Be2 Customer service is terrible and there is no way to enforce your rights.

SCAM.

SCAM.
A warning to BE2.com never contact me through this site I am not interested in your lies and deceit.
BE2 dating site is set up so it makes it absolutely impossible to delete your profile and personal information because it is the way it is set up so you cannot.
Even though I got sucked into there cunning scam and paid quite large sum money like many others I found out I still could not get into BE2, they have you blocked, telling me >>>
The access to your profile has been suspended temporarily a collection procedure has been initiated.
which is just another deceitful lie.
I am not dealing through BE2.com but lucky that I have family that are in the police force, so this is not a warning this has gone further.

I never signed up on this platform and…

I never signed up on this platform and received a collection letter from a law firm in the amount of €359.59. Yes, I was charged for something I've never used. I'm contacting the company and I don't get any answers.

BE2.com is a scam

BE2.com is a scam. NEVER use them! When you want to cancel your subsription they insist that you need to send a cancellation by old fashioned mail on a piece of paper to Luxembourg, otherwise by Fax - who uses a fax machine nowadays? Email is not acceptable. Of course most people just send an email to cancel, so 6 months down the track your credit card is cynically charged, and they won't refund you. If this doesn't convince you just look at all the reviews that tell of the dishonesty and poor service. Criminal investigations into this organisation need to be instigated soon so it is shut down permanently.

The worse dating web page I ever try. AVOID IT

The worse dating web page I ever try, is just spam, there is not a single soul there. Is terribly expensive. If you forgot to cancel the subscription they will charge you even is notorious you never been in for months. Not like Match, at least the have the decency not to chary if you forgot.

I that pirate this web than not even they write down when is expiring your membership, you need to write a email t the costumer service no ask for it and, how you now, they never answer.

Scammers stay sway. Do not give them your details

I've taken a one month subscription paid it and then cancelled it. Filled in and signed their forms. Sent it back and followed their cancellation process. A few days later they try and still keep trying to debit my account for R999.

After complaining and requesting for my termination request to be honoured

They now threatening to hand me over to a debt collection agency. Lmfao. Stay away from these people they scammers once they get your info they relentless they won't stop trying to get more money from you even if you follow their cancellation process they ignore it.

This company is proving to be exactly…

This company is proving to be exactly the same as so many other's, not once did I read that you had to take out a subscription to interact with other members, everything I read said FREE FREE FREE.
be2 like so many other dating sites are set up to take money from honest kind and caring people who are looking for a match.

It takes ages to complete a full profile, upload photo's etc and even then it does not say you need a subscription, only when they (supposedly) match you to someone does it become a problem because you then cannot see the photo's of your supposed matches ??
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, BEWARE PEOPLE THESE ARE SCAMMERS SET TO TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Posting anon because of privacy concerns. This company operates viciously. Takes money when you have explicitly tried to cancel by contacting their customer service. Your emails never get a response (the 3-5 days mentioned in a response here is a pure lie) and they purposely make it difficult to cancel. They have sent my case to a debt collector and now it's just plain harassment. DO NOT use this app/company. Be warned!

WARNING- SCAMMERS ON THE LOOSE

WARNING- stay away from this site- it is a SCAM. Read the feedback and their responses to this feedback as it is telling you who they are- they are scammers. They keep saying sorry but do nothing to change their behaviour and customers are clearly telling them what their shared experiences are over and over again. My experience has been identical- conned by the way they present their fees, they make it easy to sign up but near impossible to cancel, they take money from you without letting you know, and when you change your card they threaten you with debt collectors. It is all here in the feedback and their responses to that feedback does not change- that tells you they are repeat offenders of the great scam to relieve you of your hard earned money- so STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This site is nothing but a scam stay away, it will cost u money I supscribed for a mth emailed them to say I no longer wanted the service, they emailed bk saying I owed money plus handling charge. An absolute money making site stay away, match. Com is a, much better dating site. Beware stay away from b2 dating app

I represent a handicapped friend, legally.
My friend's subscription was for 6 months. She was charged well over €300. As subscription she had chosen 6 months, non-repeatable according to her. However, Be2's "official rules" stipulate automatic repeat. She stopped using the website after about 3 weeks, as it turned out to be useless. After 6 months, she was charged again, this time €470! - The credit card issuing bank sided with Be2, despite the mountain of evidence against them. My friend lost €800 for nothing!

Delete my account

If I could, I wouldn't give a star. Since I started using Be2, I haven't received a good response despite I'm a premium member. Even those who responded only send an emoji. It's almost like they're robots. I tried deleting my account. They asked me to message the customer service via Email. I did it and never received a response. I found an email from Trust Pilot and Emailed it. This time I received a response and they said they would review my account but they didn't even ask me for any information. It's been about three days now. I'm exhausted trying to delete my account. Why does it have to be so difficult? Is it the money you all want? Just delete my account, I'm begging you now. If you are reading this, please i do not recommend be2. There are better sites. Please take your money and delete my account.

I've asked Trust Pilot to take this review down as it is false reviewing but I just got the generic response. I never trust good Trustpilot reviews anymore. Disgusting scam

Disgusting scam. My father sent an email to cancel his subscription, twice, and subsequently cancelled his direct debit.

They have now started legal action on my father, demanding nearly £200.

Because my father doesn't keep emails he sent a year ago, (which is when he cancelled it), the legal firm are insisting we pay. Even though we have the second email he sent confirming he would like it cancelled.

They prey on the vulnerable and should be put out of business. I will be complaining to their governing body.
