I have been catfished on this site…. Do not used them… !!!!…not screened properly. Extremly upsetting to any woman who users this site…. Very disturbing and very scary…DONT USE be2…. ITS A DISGUSTING SITE FOR ANY WOMAN

Please contact luxemburg consumer protection and tell them to stop this company from harassing people all over eu

info*ulc.lu. That email belong to consumer protection association in luxemburg, as be2 sarl is located in luxemburg.

Also, contact relevant authorities in your country, and tell them to stop this company from hiring money contractors for fake money bills

No response from multiple customer…

No response from multiple customer service emails. It seems like it is impossible to cancel, they do not reply to requests via email. They continue to take money. Awful company.

Be2 Beware!

This company, using Facebook ads duped brother Mauro (who has a mental disability) in to provide all personal data and subscribed him without fixed term into a matching service he won’t ever be able to use.
My old mother who he lives with received a letter from an Italian recovery agency for the amount € 223.08 due yo an alleged subscription which took place in Dec 2021.
These type of services should only be able to use credit or debit cards to allow people do recede
They replied yesterday here on Trustpilot as follows:
“For privacy reason they can only deal with the alleged account holder Mauro should have written to (be2 - trustpilot @ be2.dk) using his personal email.”
Wrote the email myself and Mauro undersigned.
The email was immediately bounced back by Gmail mailbox as inexistent mail address.
It’s a fraud like many otter people have been complaining about it i’m going to report then to the italian post and telecommunications police.

They are cheaters

They are cheaters! Don't trust them. They charge money constantly from your card and impossible to stop it. Nobody answers. Worst people ever !!!!

Apparently it's not the worst site in online dating industry!

They have been conducting business ethically from the first day of their work. Even though I met my dream woman on
TheFindBride.com
and I'm really grateful to them and consider them the best site, I want to give credit to Be2 as well. I joined it when it was a small but promising site. I had met a few other women before I found my Ann, all of them were genuine. So I can recommend this site to everyone without any exaggeration!

De har vildledende priser via telefon appen.
De har mange falske profiler og supporten virker ikke til at finde løsninger.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever - No stars.
impossible to cancel subscription in time due to sending a letter by post or fax which they can pretend they never received.
Service should function that you can sign out the way you signed in, says consumer help services.
I have cancelled my credit card to not pay another ridiculous fee for the worst service I ever experienced.
- False amounts when signing up than what you actually pay
- Fake profiles
- I have send 2 cancellation letters (1 recommended), 1 online fax and 3 emails and have not received an answer, only that they want my credit card details for over 2000Dkk. For which service?
- Phishing and Scam are not a service to humankind

I have notified and asked for advice from the police and Forbrugerombudsmandens, so I feel backed up. The latter already received many complaints.
You can take legal action. Write a complaint to Forbrugerombudsmandens.dk
Help to avoid others falling into the trap!
