Worst service ever
Worst service ever - No stars.
impossible to cancel subscription in time due to sending a letter by post or fax which they can pretend they never received.
Service should function that you can sign out the way you signed in, says consumer help services.
I have cancelled my credit card to not pay another ridiculous fee for the worst service I ever experienced.
- False amounts when signing up than what you actually pay
- Fake profiles
- I have send 2 cancellation letters (1 recommended), 1 online fax and 3 emails and have not received an answer, only that they want my credit card details for over 2000Dkk. For which service?
- Phishing and Scam are not a service to humankind
I have notified and asked for advice from the police and Forbrugerombudsmandens, so I feel backed up. The latter already received many complaints.
You can take legal action. Write a complaint to Forbrugerombudsmandens.dk
Help to avoid others falling into the trap!
